Red Velvet cake is a classic, so we cookied it up a bit. A chocolate and vanilla dough studded with white Belgian chocolate chips.

 

Ingredients

Flour (gluten), eggs, butter, cocoa butter, sugar,  whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, raising agents (E 450 (Diphosphates), E 500 (sodium carbonates)), maize starch, vegetable glycerine E422, mono propylene glycol E1520, water, food colour E124 ponceau 4R, E129 Allure red.

E124, E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

The kitchen handles all 14 allergens so unfortunately the cookies aren't suitable for allergy sufferers due to the risk of cross contamination.
